iXPN Connects NISI Technologies Into Warri Innovation Hub to Boost Local Connectivity

NISI Technologies has officially connected to the Warri Innovation Hub, hence becoming the newest company to join Nigeria’s local internet exchange (iXPN).

This move is a big win for the South-South region, where reliable connectivity has long been a challenge.

What this means; Internet traffic from NISI can now be exchanged locally in Warri, Delta state, instead of routing through international servers. That reduces lag, cuts down costs, and boosts internet speed for everyone in the area.

According to insiders, this is part of iXPN’s long-term push to make local internet traffic truly local. And it’s working as iXPN now handles more than 1Tbps of data, up from nearly nothing in 2006.

People around Warri are already hopeful this helps small tech firms, local startups, and even casual internet users enjoy better service without the usual delays and high data prices.
